Challenge
They wanted a senior creative director to be in charge of the vision of the brick and mortar stores. They had tried looking on their own.
Solution
We outreached to several professionals and made two proposals. They ended up hiring one as Sr. Creative Director, and loved the other one so much, they opened a position tailored to them. After that, we continue to hire other roles for them, such as Graphic Designer from Argentina.
